JOYWAY PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to translate client briefs into detailed floor plans and 3D visuals, manage renovations from start to finish, and present concepts with mood boards and renderings. You will collaborate with contractors and suppliers, monitor budgets, travel for site visits, and work a 6-day week to meet deadlines.

Diploma in Interior Design and at least 3 years of design experience required; proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop,

Qualifications

Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
At least 3 years design working experience.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 2D/3D visualization, Corona/Vray rendering, InDesign and Enscape.
Able to travel for site visits and work beyond office hours if needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations to understand client requirements, preferences and budget.
Create detailed floor plans and layouts to optimize functionality.
Generate design concepts and present mood boards, sketches and renderings.
Determine costs during budgeting phase and manage project budgets.
Coordinate with contractors, workers and vendors for execution.
Develop materials specifications and sourcing from suppliers.
Project management for renovation works including site supervision.
Communicate concepts effectively through visual aids and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and new materials.
