Job summary

The NUHS Group Communications Office seeks a dynamic Snr/Assistant Manager (Creative & Special Projects) to lead creative concepts and content strategies, translating complex healthcare priorities into engaging stories.

You will drive brand consistency, manage campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal teams, ministries, vendors and partners to elevate NUHS's reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, content creation or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience will be advantageous.
• Strong conceptualising, design and branding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative strategy, storytelling and content development across NUHS channels.
• Execute cluster-wide campaigns and special projects with milestones and budgets.
• Plan events and engagement initiatives, ensuring branding standards and asset delivery.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders and manage cross-functional collaboration.
