Job summary

Render private limited in Singapore is seeking a creative and motivated Architectural Designer to join our growing team. You will develop architectural concepts, design narratives and spatial strategies, produce drawings, diagrams, presentations and visualisations, and translate ideas into compelling materials.

You will work on spatial planning, façade design, material selection and detailing, and develop projects from concept through design development and documentation.

Qualifications

• Required: diploma or degree in Architecture or related design discipline.
• Proficient in design concept generation, spatial planning and presentation materials.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to collaborate with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design narratives and spatial strategies.
• Produce design drawings, diagrams, presentations and visualisations.
• Work on spatial planning, façade design, material selection and detailing.
• Translate design ideas into clear and compelling presentation materials.
• Develop projects from concept design through design development and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Participate in design discussions, presentations and project meetings.
• Support the team in delivering projects to a high design and presentation standard.
