Job summary

Render private limited in Singapore is seeking a creative and motivated Architectural Designer to join our growing team. You will develop architectural concepts, design narratives and spatial strategies, produce drawings, diagrams, presentations and visualisations, and translate ideas into compelling materials.

You will work on spatial planning, façade design, material selection and detailing, and develop projects from concept through design development and documentation.

Qualifications

• Required: diploma or degree in Architecture or related design discipline.
• Proficient in design concept generation, spatial planning and presentation materials.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to collaborate with clients and consultants.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop projects from concept design through design development and documentation

• Support the team in delivering projects to a high design and presentation standard

4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

• Work experience- at least two year relevant working experience in related fields

• Knowledge of Singapore authorities, building regulations and submission requirements will be an advantage
