RDIVC PTE. LTD. is seeking an organised Account Manager/Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and ensure creative work is delivered on time, on brief and on budget from Singapore.

You will be the main client contact, translating goals into briefs for the creative team and coordinating across branding, digital, social, content, video and campaigns with designers, strategists and external vendors.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, project management or client servicing at a creative, digital or advertising agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects across branding, digital, social, content or video.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and production workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to manage senior client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships.
• Gather client requirements and write clear briefs that set the team up to succeed.
• Plan projects from kick-off to delivery, including timelines, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate across designers, copywriters, motion designers, developers and vendors to deliver on time.
• Track budgets and invoicing, and help prepare status reports and reviews.
