rdivc pte. ltd. is seeking an organised Account Manager / Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and ensure creative work is delivered on time, on brief and on budget.

You will translate business goals into briefs and manage projects from kick-off to final delivery across branding, digital, social, content, video and campaigns. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, producers and external vendors to keep work moving, maintain alignment, and grow

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, project management or client servicing at a creative, digital or advertising agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects across branding, digital, social, content or video.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and production workflows from brief to final artwork.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to manage senior client stakeholders.
• Solid commercial awareness including scoping, estimating and budget tracking.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools; time-tracking or resourcing tools are a plus.
• Organised, calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their business, brand and goals.
• Lead client meetings, status calls and presentations with clear notes and next steps.
• Manage client expectations on scope, timelines and budgets and handle feedback professionally.
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts with new projects or extended scope.
• Gather client requirements and write clear creative briefs for the team.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates and quotes with input from creative and production leads.
• Plan projects from kick-off to delivery including timelines, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate designers, copywriters, motion designers, developers and freelancers.
• Run multiple projects, prioritise workload and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure deliverables meet the brief, brand guidelines and quality standards.
