ROUND3 Media is seeking a Part-Time Creative - Social Media to help craft engaging content for brands and our growing roster of creators. You will ideate, research trends, and adapt formats for TikTok and Instagram Reels, shaping concepts that fit different campaigns and audiences.

You will film on a phone or camera, edit with CapCut or similar software, and collaborate with our team to deliver campaign-ready content on schedule.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Research

• Develop content ideas for ROUND3 Media and client accounts.
• Stay updated on social media trends, trending formats, sounds and topics across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Adapt relevant trends into content ideas that suit different brands, audiences and campaign objectives.
• Develop content outlines, scripts, references and shot lists where required.
• Conduct research to ensure content is relevant, engaging and factually accurate.

2. Content Production

• Film short-form social media content.
• Capture photos and other supporting visual assets where required.
• Assist with planning and executing shoots, including shot planning, props and setup.
• Film for shoots at various locations where required.

3. Editing & Post-Production

• Use editing software such as CapCut or equivalent to edit short-form videos including cuts, subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions and other creative elements.
• Turn raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Ensure content follows the intended creative direction and respective brand guidelines.
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
• Organize footage and creative assets, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Creative with a strong interest in social media and content creation.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form content.
• Comfortable filming content using a phone and/or camera.
• Able to use editing softwares like CapCut or equivalent for video editing.
• Good visual sense with an understanding of pacing, composition and storytelling.
• Proactive in identifying trends and coming up with new content ideas.
• Comfortable working across different brands and creative styles.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Open to feedback and able to apply it effectively.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn, experiment and improve.
• Comfortable travelling to different shoot locations when required.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with CapCut and short-form video editing.
• Prior experience filming social media content, whether for personal, school, freelance, internship or professional projects.
• Experience with photography, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tools is a plus, but not required.
• A portfolio, social media account or examples of previous work would be advantageous.
• Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior work experience is not required.
