Job summary

RDIVC PTE LTD is seeking a Creative Producer to turn ideas into engaging content across social media, interviews, events and educational materials. You will own projects from concept to final delivery, collaborating with marketers, videographers, editors, designers and external partners.

You will develop scripts and storyboards, manage shoots, produce Reels and podcasts, and ensure content aligns with brand standards while staying ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in content production, creative production, media or video production.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end video production workflows.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
• Good communication, coordination and project-management skills.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Comfortable working with cameras and video-production equipment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards and content ideas.
• Manage productions from pre-production and filming through to post-production and final delivery.
• Produce Reels, interviews, podcasts, social media content, corporate videos and campaign content.
• Prepare creative briefs, production schedules, shot lists and shoot requirements.
• Coordinate presenters, talent, videographers, editors and external vendors.
• Provide creative and production direction during shoots.
• Work closely with editors to ensure the final content aligns with the intended creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects, production schedules and deadlines simultaneously.
• Stay updated with social media, video-production and creative trends.
• Ensure all content meets company's brand, creative and quality standards.
• Operate cameras confidently and possess a good understanding of camera settings, composition, framing and basic lighting techniques.
• Possess practical knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and video-production workflows, with the ability to perform basic editing when required.
• Support videography and content-production requirements during shoots.

About the Role
