You will craft hot and iced specialty drinks, operate POS systems, and maintain clean, safe work areas while delivering friendly service. You will also operate POS systems for cash and digital payments, maintain a balanced register, uphold strict health and safety standards, and keep the bar, seating area, and prep stations clean and fully stocked.

Responsibilities

• Crafted hot and iced specialty coffee drinks, teas, and blended beverages for 150+ customers per shift using a 3-group espresso machine.
• Operated POS systems for cash and digital payments, keeping a balanced register with zero daily discrepancies.
• Maintained strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; kept bar, seating area, and prep stations clean and stocked.
• Resolved customer inquiries and dietary requests, handling remakes quickly with a friendly demeanor.
