Mama Diam is seeking an experienced bartender for its Singapore bar. The role requires preparing cocktails and beverages to recipes and standards, maintaining bar cleanliness, and handling high-traffic periods with efficiency. Enjoy a collaborative team and opportunities for guest engagement at a busy venue.

The position offers a supportive environment with benefits and a 5.5-day work week, including evenings 3pm–10:30pm and Friday/Saturday shifts, located at 38 Prinsep St, Singapore 188665.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.

Mansioni

• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and spirits in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station, equipment, and supplies.
• Conduct opening and closing bar procedures, including setup and breakdown.
• Manage drink orders efficiently during peak periods.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests.
