THYE HUA KWAN MORAL CHARITIES LIMITED is seeking a dedicated caseworker to engage clients and families, design and review care plans, and lead group and community projects from its Commonwealth location. The role emphasizes therapeutic engagement, planning, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on compassionate family services.

The position involves onsite work from Tuesday to Saturday, with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and holistic client care.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Counselling from SAC-recognised institution.
• Demonstrate maturity, independence and flexibility to inspire colleagues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Engage clients and significant others in a therapeutic manner to understand their needs.
• Manage and overcome reluctance and resistance to change.
• Draft and review case plans and interventions to address client needs.
• Develop care plans and interventions tailored to individuals and communities.
• Coordinate group work and community development initiatives.
• Supervise interns/students when offered as Senior.
• Participate in research and multi-disciplinary teams.
