Qualifications

• Preferably 2 to 3 years of healthcare/community care experience.
• Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community services.
• A team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support networking events with stakeholders to raise awareness of mental health.
• Support mental health screening events for early diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide emotional and cognitive support to clients and caregivers.
• Maintain case documentation and submit reports to external parties.
• Support the run of caregiver support.
