Job summary

YHS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a finance professional to manage costing processes and inventory-related activities in our Singapore office. You will prepare costing records, analyze costs, and support month-end and year-end close with a focus on accurate accounting for inventory and cost allocations.

The role requires coordinating with the MDM team for material master updates, supporting audits, and ensuring GST compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate product costing records and perform cost analysis.
• Prepare month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
• Prepare in inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and cost allocation.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to costing, inventory adjustments, stock write-offs, and cost impact.
• To maintain the intercompany transfer pricing.
• Support monthly/Year-end inventory reconciliation and cycle count and stock count.
• Maintain new material master records upon requests from the MDM team.
• Prepare the internal and external audits by providing relevant financial information (purchase inventory roll forward reconciliation schedules)
• Prepare the forecast, Budget calculating product cost.
• Ensure accurate GST treatment of transactions and prepare GST reconciliations.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Finance manager.
