Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Cost & Contract Manager to lead the commercial, procurement, and contract management functions for a major development project. You will oversee the full lifecycle from tendering and procurement through construction, cost control, contract administration, and close-out.

You will manage pre- and post-contract activities, cost control, variation orders, and contractual claims, while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial, cost, or contract management, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong experience across both pre-contract and post-contract functions, including procurement, tendering, cost control, contract administration, and claims management.
• Experience managing variations, EOT, Loss & Expense, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contractor claims, variations, quotations, and contractual submissions.
• Advise project teams on contract interpretation, commercial risks, procurement, and cost optimisation.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company governance, and procurement policies.

This role covers the full project lifecycle, from tendering and procurement through construction, cost control, contract administration, and project close-out.

• Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
