Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Business Manager to support the COS leadership with data-driven insights, executive storytelling, and planning across APAC. You will craft high-quality presentations and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a global setting.

You will analyze financial data, track KPI performance, and collaborate with senior executives to drive efficiencies and manage budget risks. This role requires strong communication and independent work in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance or equivalent.
• ≥5 years of experience in business management or financial data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix global organization.
• Strong ability to create professional executive presentations.
• Proven track record delivering timely data-driven insights.
• Experience with data tools and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drives APAC COS strategy and priorities to meet KPI targets.
• Plan key business initiatives, frame strategy, track execution.
• Coordinate and communicate information for COS senior leadership.
• Create high‑quality executive presentations and storylines.
• Document complex topics for management meetings.
• Provide data and reporting for business presentations.
• Identify efficiencies and manage finance/budget risks.
• Lead data/report tooling requirements with global counterparts.
• Drive KPI improvements with analytics and tooling enhancements.
• Provide regular KPI visibility to APAC stakeholders.
