Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Business Manager to support the COS leadership with data-driven insights, executive storytelling, and planning across APAC. You will craft high-quality presentations and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a global setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance or equivalent.
  • ≥5 years of experience in business management or financial data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for all levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix global organization.
  • Strong ability to create professional executive presentations.
  • Proven track record delivering timely data-driven insights.
  • Experience with data tools and automation is a plus.

Job description

Join the Commercial Banking Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team to support the Client Onboarding and Servicing (COS) organization, providing best-in-class experience for our clients and employees. Work with senior leadership to provide executive communication support, data visualization, and business performance analysis.

As a Business Manager within the COS Business Management support team, you will coordinate and communicate information to support COS senior leadership, create high-quality executive presentations, and participate in planning key business initiatives. Your role involves providing data and reporting for business presentations, coordinating initiatives in a global organization.

Job responsibilities:
  • Proactively drives the APAC COS strategy and priorities across the COS global organization and partners to achieve outcomes in line with business goals and COS KPI.
  • Participate in planning key business initiatives, framing strategy, and tracking execution.
  • Coordinate, collect, consolidate, and communicate information to support COS senior leadership.
  • Partner with business executives to create high-quality executive presentations and special topic storylines.
  • Articulate and document complex topics in executive-level communication for management meetings.
  • Provide data and reporting for business presentations that distill complex ideas into actionable messages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or assist in driving efficiencies and managing risks impacting finance and budgets.
  • Lead data and report tooling requirements for APAC COS in collaboration with global counterparts and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive KPI and Metrics improvement by performing data analysis, enhance tooling and automation to enable timely data driven insights for COS managers.
  • Provide regular KPI Performance visibility to APAC stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in business management, financial data analysis, or COO environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently within a matrix, cross-functional, global organization. Comfort working across global teams/time zones; culturally aware, collaborative, and proactive are essential.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to tell a relevant story. Strong experience in creating professional presentations for senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and adapt to unexpected circumstances.
  • Experience in managing programs and strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
  • Self-directed with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and provide sustainable solutions.Strong PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word skills required.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Hands-on experience in data and reporting tools and automation like Alteryx, UIPath, Sigma, Qliksense, etc. would be advantages.
  • Experience applying AI tools like Co-Pilot and LLM in daily work.
