AUPE General Services Co-operative Limited in Singapore seeks a dynamic Manager, Corporate Services to lead HR, Finance, Administration and Governance functions. You will ensure efficient operations, sound processes and effective use of organisational resources while driving digitalisation and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5–8 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, with strong knowledge of corporate administration, budgeting, internal controls and HR practices.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR Management, Management or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong experience in corporate administration, finance, HR and organisational management.
• Good understanding of financial management, budgeting, internal controls and reporting.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability and professionalism.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the Corporate Services function and team.
• Oversee Finance including budgeting, financial reporting, expenditure control, policies and internal controls.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, staff development and HR policies.
• Ensure effective administration of Union governance, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Review and improve corporate policies, procedures and work processes.
• Drive process improvement, digitalisation and operational efficiency.
• Prepare management reports and provide recommendations on corporate, financial and operational matters.
• Lead, coach and develop the Corporate Services team.
