PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Secretariat professional to support detailed documentation, filings and governance tasks in Singapore. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality and timely delivery.
Key duties include handling incorporations, maintaining statutory records, preparing board materials, and liaising with auditors and regulators while ensuring compliance with local law.
Location: Near Novena MRT
Contract: 1 October 2026 – 31 May 2027
Salary: UP to S$4,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm
Prepare, review and circulate corporate secretarial documents, including directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, meeting minutes, constitutions, memoranda and statutory forms.
Handle company incorporations, striking-off and winding-up processes.
Administer share allotments and transfers, increases in share capital and changes of company officers.
Maintain statutory registers, records and other corporate documentation.
Prepare and submit statutory filings to ACRA and other relevant authorities.
Monitor updates to relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
Coordinate logistics and documentation for board and board committee meetings, AGMs and EGMs.
Support the Corporate Secretariat Manager and in-house legal counsels with daily corporate secretarial matters.
Liaise with company officers, management, auditors, share registrars, registered agents and corporate secretarial service providers.
Min. Diploma in in business administration, law, corporate governance or a related discipline.
Min. 2 years of direct corporate secretarial experience, handling corporate compliance and governance.
Hands-on experience with ACRA filings and BizFile+.
Knowledge of Singapore Companies Act requirements and statutory compliance.
Experience preparing resolutions, minutes and board/annual general meeting (AGM) documents (company's financial statements, appointment of senior leadership positions etc).
Strong accuracy, confidentiality and deadline management.
