Job summary

Shangri-La Singapore seeks a dynamic Director of Sales – Corporate to lead corporate business development for its luxury hotels in Singapore. You will drive revenue performance, build high-value client relationships and guide a high-performing Business Development team to exceed segment targets.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Sales, you will shape sales strategy, optimize revenue opportunities, and strengthen partnerships with Corporate clients and GSOs.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in hospitality luxury hotels.
• Strong corporate account management and negotiation expertise.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop sales teams.
• Business analytics, budgeting and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Business Development team to exceed revenue goals.
• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to maximize accounts.
• Negotiate rates and terms aligned with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Events, and GSOs.
• Represent hotels at sales missions and industry events.
