Responsibilities
- This position is for Office of Corporate Communications and Marketing (OCCM).
- Align the brand narrative with the university's overarching institutional strategy
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables through effective vendor and agency coordination
- Facilitate collaboration across internal departments and with external creative and media partners
- Curate and update news content on the corporate website
- Manage the corporate pitch kit, including the development and maintenance of digital and print collaterals
- Create brand assets to support new university units and initiatives
- Provide brand and marketing counsel, including reviewing and responding to brand compliance requests
- Oversee a network of local and international creative, media, and production agencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Marketing, Journalism or a Business or Social Science degree.
- Familiarity with media channels, branding, and marketing communications.
- At least 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, brand & marketing strategy.
- Strategic thinker with good stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of marketing technologies, social media trends and media landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter, proactive, motivated and committed.
- Proficient in writing, Microsoft365 and other online office collaborative tools.
