Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design is required.
• 2–5 years of corporate office design experience.
• Strong design portfolio showing big ideas and adherence to client briefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept design, space planning, perspectives, material selections and construction drawings for clients.
• Monitor projects from conception to completion.
• Liaise with clients and vendors throughout projects.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure sites meet design criteria and construction regulations.
• Attend client meetings and conduct design presentations.
• Capable of managing project assignments to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with project team to balance creative ideas with aesthetic and marketplace considerations.
• Articulate design concepts with flair and maintain a proactive FF&E mindset.
