Job summary

You will produce space planning layouts, mood boards, 3D visuals and detailed construction drawings to convey design intent. You will source furniture, materials, lighting and finishes, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure accurate execution and

Qualifications

• Diploma or O-Level qualification in Interior Design or a related field.
• Several years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations and detailed construction drawings.
• Source and select furniture, materials, lighting and finishes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and relevant regulations.
