Job summary

George Town Tze Char and Craft Beer LLP in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, expand the corporate dining and catering client base, and strengthen market presence across our dining concepts.

You will identify new business opportunities, secure partnerships, manage events, and collaborate with marketing to boost footfall and revenue in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Minimum 3–5 years in B2B sales within F&B or events preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, corporate sales, or account management within F&B/hospitality/events.
• Strong negotiation, pitch delivery, and networking skills.
• Good understanding of Singapore F&B landscape and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Sales Growth: Identify, pitch, and secure new corporate dining accounts, corporate catering contracts, and group event/banquet bookings.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, local concierges, and key industry partners.
• Marketing & Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design promotional packages, seasonal menus, and targeted campaigns that drive footfall and revenue.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine pricing strategies and customer acquisition tactics.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client inquiries, negotiate contract terms, handle custom event requests, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction from pitch to post-event follow-up.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Track KPIs, maintain sales pipelines, and report revenue forecasts to management on a regular basis.
