Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a commercially astute Corporate Development Manager to support M&A activities and strategic growth initiatives across regional and global markets.

You will identify and evaluate potential mergers, execute corporate development strategies, perform due diligence, and lead post-merger integration to realise synergies and value creation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field.
  • 8+ years of corporate development, investment banking, PE, strategy or M&A experience.
  • Proven track record leading or supporting M&A transactions.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills.
  • Experience managing post-merger integration initiatives.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline

  • At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy, or M&A-related functions

  • Proven experience leading or supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions

  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience managing post-merger integration initiatives

  • Agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing business priorities

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions
