Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior M&A/Investment Banking professional in Singapore to lead financial and valuation analyses and oversee complex deal execution. The role spans origination, due diligence, and client presentation delivery, working across deal teams to provide integrated solutions.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in M&A/IB, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a track record of performance under pressure.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years in M&A or Investment Banking.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in high-intensity environments.
• Strong academic and professional track record.
• Deep interest in building a long-term career in M&A.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of personal integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and valuation analyses using a range of methodologies.
• Oversee development of detailed financial models to assess performance under various scenarios, capital structures, and M&A outcomes.
• Drive origination and execution of transactions from pitch through to closing.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations covering strategic alternatives, capital markets activity, and corporate finance topics.
• Manage due diligence processes and support drafting of transaction documentation.
• Maintain deep understanding of clients, targets, and relevant market dynamics.
• Oversee market, industry, and company research and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with deal teams across the Bank to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Drive day-to-day project management and execution.
• Ensure completion of all required credit and regulatory assessments.
