Job summary

IDEKU Technology Solution Pte. Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Development & Intelligence Analyst to support the CEO Office in evaluating performance, market developments, strategies, growth opportunities and management priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Strategy, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategy, or related analytical roles.
• Proven experience analysing business performance and providing evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience preparing business cases, management reports, or presentations for senior management.
• Experience consolidating financial, commercial, operational, sales, customer, and market information.
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to understand revenue, costs, margins, profitability, customer behaviour, sales performance, and operational drivers.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with incomplete information, stating assumptions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the performance of companies, business units, products, markets, and strategic initiatives.

About the role

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytical Corporate Development & Intelligence Analyst, CEO Office to support the CEO Office in evaluating business performance, market developments, strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and other management priorities. The role identifies underlying business issues, develops evidence-based insights, and translates complex information into practical recommendations. The successful candidate must interpret financial, commercial, operational, sales, customer, product, and market information, challenge assumptions professionally, and recommend clear courses of action.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the performance of companies, business units, products, markets, and strategic initiatives.

• Review revenue, sales, profitability, costs, customer activity, operational performance, and other relevant indicators.

• Identify performance gaps, distinguish symptoms from root causes, and determine the business drivers behind results.

• Assess sales effectiveness, pricing, product competitiveness, acquisition, conversion, retention, operating efficiency, cost structure, and resource allocation.

• Develop practical, prioritised recommendations and define how management should measure outcomes.

• Support the review of business strategies, growth initiatives, market opportunities, partnerships, and management proposals.

• Conduct industry, market, competitor, customer, and business model research.

• Prepare business cases and analyses that support informed resource allocation and prioritisation.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Strategy, Data Analytics, or related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with 3 to 5 years preferred, in corporate development, strategy, commercial analysis, management consulting, FP&A, business intelligence, strategic planning, or a related analytical role.

• Proven experience analysing business performance, identifying root causes, and providing practical, evidence-based recommendations.

• Experience preparing business cases, management reports, or presentations for senior management.

• Experience consolidating financial, commercial, operational, sales, customer, and market information.

• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and root-cause analysis skills.

• Ability to understand revenue, costs, margins, profitability, customer behaviour, sales performance, and operational drivers.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently with incomplete or ambiguous information while stating assumptions and limitations clearly.
