Job summary

DADA Consultants PTE. LTD. is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support growth across fundraising, strategic partnerships, business development, and M&A.

You will work closely with senior leadership to identify and execute opportunities that accelerate expansion. The role is highly generalist and hands-on, requiring commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, corporate development, or a similar strategic role.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and deal structuring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present a compelling case through decks, investment memos, analysis, and executive discussions.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with a willingness to get into the details and execute.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong ownership mentality, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fundraising processes, including preparation of materials and investor outreach.
• Build relationships with venture capital firms, family offices, strategic investors across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and global markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic relationships for piloting, deploying, or integrating Organisation product.
• Lead commercial discussions and support negotiation and execution of partnerships, MOUs, pilots, and enterprise contracts.
• Work with Platform and Asimov teams to define partnership propositions, commercial models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent Organisation in industry conferences, investor meetings, and partner discussions.
• Develop market intelligence and identify new opportunities for commercial expansion and strategic collaboration.
• Identify and assess potential acquisition targets, investments, partnerships, and talent-driven opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring for potential transactions.
• Prepare investment cases, management presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Corporate Development Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to support Organization's growth across fundraising, strategic partnerships, business development, and M&A.

This is a highly generalist and hands-on role. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities that can accelerate the company’s growth — from raising capital and building strategic partnerships to evaluating acquisitions and investments.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Support and drive the end-to-end fundraising process, including preparation of investor materials, investor outreach, data room management, due diligence, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, family offices, strategic investors, and other capital partners across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and global markets.
• Monitor fundraising activity, investment trends, and market developments across robotics, embodied AI, and deep tech, providing regular insights to the leadership team.
• Prepare market analyses, investment updates, and materials for investor and stakeholder discussions.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic relationships with organizations interested in piloting, deploying, or integrating organisation product.
• Lead commercial discussions and support the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, MOUs, pilots, and enterprise contracts.
• Work closely with the Organisation Platform and Asimov teams to define partnership propositions, commercial models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent Organisation in industry conferences, networking events, investor meetings, and strategic partner discussions.
• Develop market intelligence and identify new opportunities for commercial expansion and strategic collaboration.

Strategic Investments & M&A

• Identify and assess potential acquisition targets, strategic investments, partnerships, and talent-driven opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring for potential transactions.
• Support transaction execution from initial opportunity assessment through negotiation, closing, and post-deal follow-up.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic opportunities to inform Organization's investment and expansion priorities.
• Prepare investment cases, management presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For
