Job summary

BreadTalk Group in Singapore seeks a dynamic Corporate Communications & Marketing professional to drive internal/external communications, media relations, and mall marketing initiatives for BreadTalk IHQ Mall. You will create engaging content for digital platforms, manage campaigns, and support budgeting and reporting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to raise brand awareness and influence business growth across FMCG and retail sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of integrated communications/marketing experience in FMCG, F&B, fashion or retail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate, resourceful, with a can-do mindset.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Communications: liaise with internal and external stakeholders on corporate comms initiatives, media management, CSR and sustainability; assist with crisis relations; manage channels and reporting; maintain archives.
• Retail Mall Marketing: develop and execute mall marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, footfall and tenant growth; plan campaigns, A&P activities, digital media, partnerships, and align with strategic goals; coordinate event/space bookings.
• Digital Marketing/Content Creation: create engaging content for BreadTalk Group and BreadTalk IHQ Mall; oversee content calendar for website and social platforms.

Job Description:

Corporate Communications:

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on Group corporate communications initiatives, media management, CSR programmes and sustainability efforts
• Assist with crisis relations as part of corporate communications responsibilities
• Manage corporate channels, media and IHQ mailboxes and notify internal stakeholders of any pressing matters that need to be addressed
• Collect data, generate reports (e.g. campaign performance reports, media reports), and extract insights for future optimisations
• Support in monitoring and optimising department’s budget utilisation
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing corporate channels, maintaining
• Group corporate archives, and coordinating with vendors for timely production
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Retail Mall Marketing:

• Key driver for development and implementation of comprehensive BreadTalk IHQ
• Mall marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness for the mall, increase footfall, and promote business growth for mall tenants
• Plan, propose, and execute branding and marketing campaigns, including A&P related activities, digital media and corporate and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Ensure the timely production and delivery of all marketing collaterals
• Coordinate event and advertising space bookings within the IHQ mall, ensuring adherence to guidelines with internal and external tenants
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness

Digital Marketing/ Content Creation:

• Create engaging content and digital assets for a variety of platforms such as internal staff communications and social media for BreadTalk Group and BreadTalk IHQ Mall
• Plan and oversee the content calendar for website and social media platforms.

Job Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years of good Integrated Communications/ Marketing track record in similar capacity or field including but not limited to FMCG, F&B, fashion, and retail industries.
• Effective written and communication skills
• Passionate, resourceful, and with a can-do mindset
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Able to handle multiple projects and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and digital marketing tools and platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage
