• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote corporate identity, branding and organizational goal alignment.
• Seek creative strategies and curate literature to increase awareness of key pillars including community projects, sustainability roadmap, and transformational programmes.
• Strategise and oversee media engagement whenever necessary.
• Support and implement Crisis Management protocol.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and prepare marketing presentation material.
• Manage and update content on the organisation's intranet.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
