Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Sales Officer_Intermediate for a 6-month contract at MBFC. You will partner with Institutional Banking Group RMs to identify client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions, while delivering advisory services to bank customers.

You will drive insurance sales across LIFE and GI, ensuring a structured selling process and regulatory compliance within the bancassurance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in bancassurance and insurance advisory.
• Ability to identify corporate client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Familiarity with life and general insurance concepts and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Actively partner IBG RMs to identify client needs and provide insurance solutions.
• Develop and deliver insurance advisory services to bank customers.
• Drive frontline sales to achieve insurance targets.
• Deliver bancassurance value propositions through insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory controls.
