Job summary

• Partner with District Manager and Team Heads to lead sales staff toward insurance targets via referrals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from proposal to post servicing.
