Techzu ICHICODE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an organised, proactive administrator to support the Managing Director and the team. You will handle calendar management, travel logistics, and basic office coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Full-time, office-based role with training provided; strong English communication and attention to detail are essential, and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Techzu is a fast-growing Singapore tech company building custom software, AI solutions, and automation tools for SMEs, enterprises, and government agencies. We're at a size where your work is genuinely visible, and growing fast enough that there's always something new to be part of.
As Techzu grows, we're building out our team to match — and this role is part of that. You'll work directly with, and report to, the Managing Director, supporting the everyday execution that keeps the business moving: calendar and communications, task follow-up, records, and office coordination.
This is a hands-on role with close exposure to leadership — not a back-office position. Things move quickly here and priorities can shift, so we're looking for someone who stays calm and organised even when the day doesn't go as planned. Full training is provided, including on the finance and HR paperwork involved.
You'll manage the calendar, meetings, and inbox — including coordinating travel arrangements and preparing materials for meetings — take notes and track action items, and keep a running list of tasks the MD has assigned. You'll send reminders as deadlines approach and flag early if something looks like it's at risk of slipping. You'll also check in with departments for status updates on items the MD is tracking, relay reminders on the MD's behalf, and help pull together simple updates into a light summary for the MD's review.
You'll handle invoices, expense claims, and basic bookkeeping data entry, prepare accounts payable for the MD's approval, put together simple HR paperwork (offer letters, employee records, interview scheduling), and draft reports and documents for internal or client use. You'll also keep confidential documents and company records properly filed and easy to find. Full training provided — we're looking for care and accuracy, not prior experience.
You'll keep an eye on office and pantry supplies, flag anything running low, and help keep the space organised and ready for meetings and events.
The MD's day runs smoothly, nothing important gets missed, and people across the business know they can count on you to follow through.
As you settle in and build trust, there's room to take on more — depending on your interests and how the business evolves, such as taking on more project coordination or business reporting work.
You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and get a front-row view of how a growing technology company operates — from client relationships to internal operations. It's a strong foundation for anyone who wants to build a broad, practical skill set early in their career.
