Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with a strong academic background.
• Prior financial industry experience with Corporate Actions knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize heavy workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end processing of equity and fixed income corporate action events accurately and timely.
• Manage relationships with traders, stock loan counterparties, and clients to resolve queries.
• Perform daily account reconciliations, identifying and resolving cash and stock breaks.
• Support operational changes by assisting in optimized workflows and risk mitigation.
• Participate in departmental projects and ad-hoc operational tasks to support growth.
