Job summary

Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to help us:

• Deliver accurate income and corporate actions event data across the full event lifecycle

The team

You’ll be working in the APAC Wealth Management Corporate Actions Voluntary Instructions team in Singapore, focused predominantly on day-to-day support for the Corporate Actions function. The team covers Voluntary Instruction processing of corporate actions across multiple asset classes and global markets. Interaction within the team is high, and you’ll work closely with partners across client coverage, custodians, counterparties, stock lending, risk, and offshore teams to help meet the team’s objectives and annual business plans.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Hands-on knowledge of corporate actions lifecycle processing, including income, mandatory, and voluntary events
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with client advisers, client adviser assistants, custodians, and counterparties
• Strong risk and controls mindset to minimize operational risk across corporate actions processes
