Job summary

Clearstream, a post-trade services provider owned by Deutsche Börse Group, is seeking a Corporate Actions Administrator to join the Asset Services team in Singapore. You will be responsible for processing of corporate actions, especially the Equity-Linked Notes, informing customers and executing their instructions with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of banking experience, a Business/Finance/Economics degree, strong numerical and analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant banking or financial services experience.
• Business/Finance/Economics university diploma/degree or related discipline.
• Pro-active, team oriented, eager to learn and suggest improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from Depository, Issuer, Delivery/Paying Agent.
• Process inbound/outbound instructions from customers and depositories/agents.
• Contact depository/issuer/agents for reconciliation or clarifications.
• Process redemption proceeds and adhere to deadlines.
• Reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support customers and follow up on queries (emails, SAP cases, calls).
• Execute allocated tasks in due time.
• Support other tasks related to Corporate Actions.
