Job summary

Clearstream, a Deutsche Börse Group company, is a post-trade services provider handling settlement, custody and related services for securities across asset classes. In the Asset Services team, you will process corporate actions, particularly Equity-Linked Notes, inform customers and execute instructions with a focus on delivering good service while reducing operational risk.

Your responsibilities include gathering information from depository, issuer and agents, validating and executing

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business/finance/economics or related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from Depository, Issuer, Delivery/Paying Agent.
• Validate, repair and execute inbound/outbound instructions from customers/dep/agents.
• Contact depository, issuer and agents for reconciliation or event clarifications.
• Process redemption proceeds and meet deadlines.
• Reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies promptly.
• Support customers and handle queries (emails, SAP cases, calls).
• Execute allocated tasks in a timely manner.
• Support other corporate actions tasks as needed.
