Ruder Finn, Inc. is seeking a Content Developer/Copywriter to shape health and wellness content that is accurate, engaging and built for readers.

You’ll work with a mix of clients and audiences—from healthcare professionals to patients and the public—and collaborate with account leads and the senior team to translate briefs into clear, compelling content that meets editorial and scientific standards. Formación

• A degree in science, health & wellness, communications or related field.
• Ability to explain health topics in plain, engaging language without losing accuracy.
• Strong grasp of compliance and regulatory considerations in health communications.
• Confidence managing several projects at once, and working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• An excellent eye for detail, and comfort reviewing and proofreading your own work and others'.

Responsabilidades

• Write and develop health & wellness content across formats.
• Adapt tone and style for different audiences such as patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, media and consumers.
• Take briefs independently, and turn them into clear content plans and detailed briefs for colleagues.
• Check content for accuracy, strategic fit and alignment with the brief, and ensure it follows quality control processes.
• Support content for health & wellness events, including meeting materials and slide presentations.
• Keep up with developments in relevant therapy areas and health & wellness space, using credible sources to understand the science behind briefs.
• Work with client services to deliver on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches and account plans.
• Help refine editorial processes, and coach junior writers as the team grows.

• Adapt tone and style for different audiences, such as patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, media and consumers
• Take briefs independently, and turn them into clear content plans and detailed briefs for colleagues
• Check content for accuracy, strategic fit and alignment with the brief, and make sure it follows our quality control processes
• Support content for health & wellness events, including meeting materials and slide presentations
• Keep up with developments in relevant therapy areas and in the health & wellness space, and use credible sources to understand the science behind each brief

What you bring

• A degree, ideally in science, health & wellness, communications or a related field
• The ability to explain health & wellness topics in plain, engaging language without losing accuracy
• A strong grasp of compliance and regulatory considerations in health & wellness communications
• Confidence managing several projects at once, and working directly with clients and stakeholders
• An excellent eye for detail, and comfort reviewing and proofreading your own work and others'
• Fluent written and spoken English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
• A portfolio or writing samples that show your range
