Job summary

MARINA BAY SANDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to support FF&E procurement, inventory control, and co-ordination with internal teams and external vendors in Singapore.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing, and Kronos for labor requests. Prior experience in warehouse/logistics is preferred. Join a busy operations environment and contribute to project and daily task execution.

Qualifications

• Education or certification in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistic coordination experience preferred.
• Carpentry experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs, purchases, and asset disposal of FF&E with internal teams and vendors.
• Raise purchase requests for FF&E and operating supplies.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory transfers, deliveries, and tagging.
• Receive invoices and inspect shipments for PO compliance.
• Coordinate labor requests with vendors in Kronos and ensure proper approvals.
• Check invoice accuracy for labor services.
• Engage contractors for projects and issue POs before service starts.
• Assist with installation and execution of table projects when needed.
• Support inventory management across storage locations and update records.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors on repairs, purchases & capital asset disposal of FF&Es.
• Raises purchase request for FF&E & table operating supplies.
• Coordinates the logistics of purchase orders, inventory transfers, deliveries and tagging.
• Receives invoices and confirms receipt of goods and services, inspects shipments of materials, equipment and supplies received to ensure compliance with purchase order specifications.
• Coordinates labor requests with vendor and raises requests in Kronos system accordingly.
• Checks and ensures accuracy of invoices billed for labor requests.
• Engages LEW surveyors for projects and ensures that purchasing orders are issued prior to commencement of services.
• Facilitates day to day activities, assists with installation and execution of table projects when required.
• Assists with inventory management at various storage locations and updates inventory for accurate tracking.
• Perform any adhoc task as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Education & Certification: Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Supply Change Management, Logistic Management, Business Management or any related field preferred.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of working experience in warehouse management/logistic coordination. Hands-on experience with carpentry works is an added advantage.
• Other Prerequisites: Possess strong interpersonal skills. Able to write and communicate well.
