You are responsible for the coordination of care for our international patients. You will work closely with other departments in the hospital, in order to attend to queries on KKH and our services, schedule outpatient appointments and facilitate inpatient admissions. You will provide care, support, and assistance throughout the patients\' journey in the hospital. You will be a central point of contact for patients and their families, providing support before, during and after their treatments in the Hospital.
You will collaborate with local and international insurance agencies and third-party payers to facilitate appointment arrangements and inpatient pre-authorization processes for their members who are seeking medical care and treatment at our hospital.
