Job summary

Stolz Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead end-to-end cooling tower projects across HVAC, commercial, and industrial sites.

You will manage projects from award to handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met. You will supervise on-site contractors, coordinate with clients and consultants, and drive testing, commissioning and handover activities to achieve operational readiness across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, M&E, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of contractor-side experience with an established M&E, ACMV or HVAC contractor; on-site supervision and project execution experience essential.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, structural, and electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple sites independently.
• Willingness to travel locally across Singapore and Johor facilities; Class 3 license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end site execution for cooling tower installations, replacements, retrofits, and M&E integration.
• Supervise on-site sub-contractors, specialists, and field labor to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality, and timelines.
• Develop project schedules, manage logistics, monitor site progress, and resolve technical constraints promptly.
• Lead site acceptance testing, commissioning, and formal project handover to ensure operational readiness.
• Act as primary technical contact for clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams; attend project meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including risk assessments, variation orders and progress reports.
• Enforce workplace safety and health standards, risk management and environmental requirements across sites.
