Job summary

Casa Vostra is seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team at our premium quick-serving Italian concept in Singapore. You will bring passion for Italian cuisine, especially pasta and/or pizza, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will prepare and cook Italian dishes, support kitchen stations, maintain food safety per NEA, and work closely with the team to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or similar kitchen role.
• Ability to perform well in a high-volume, quick-service restaurant environment.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and workflow.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in Singapore.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes, with a focus on pasta and/or pizza.
• Assist in running assigned kitchen stations during service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to Casa Vostra standards.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Carry out mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in compliance with NEA regulations.
• Assist with stock handling, food storage, and minimising wastage.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Casa Vostra is a premium quick-serving Italian restaurant known for quality ingredients, bold flavours, and a lively dining experience. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced, and high-volume environment , and who has experience in Italian cuisine , particularly pizza and/or pasta .

Locations : Raffles City, Wisma Atria, JEM, Tampines Mall
