Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a Controls & Electrical Engineer to join our West Singapore team. You will design and simulate power, control, and communication circuits, and develop embedded hardware with sensors for ongoing transformation projects.

You will collaborate with customers and suppliers, prepare engineering documentation, and support cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Quality. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in electrical hardware, circuitry, embedded systems, or controls engineering.
• Experience with C/C++ microcontroller programming, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent platforms.
• Good understanding of closed-loop control systems and sensors including pressure, temperature, motion, and proximity sensors.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, DMMs, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and simulate AC/DC power, control, and communication circuits.
• Develop and integrate control systems, sensors, and embedded hardware.
• Assemble, wire, modify, and troubleshoot custom electrical assemblies and control boxes.
• Support product improvement, innovation, and technical solution development.
• Prepare engineering documentation, BOMs, wiring drawings, test procedures, and project reports.
• Work with customers and suppliers on technical requirements, project execution, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing for customer engagement.
