Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
Knowledge in motion control, electronics, programming, CAD/2D drawings, and QA/testing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and application support to customers, including product implementation and technical enquiries.
Perform product testing, verification, and qualification to ensure functionality and performance.
Troubleshoot and debug hardware, software, and application-related issues.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test records, reports, and other engineering documents.
Support general engineering administrative activities, including purchasing of laboratory equipment and related ERP processes.
Prepare and update 2D/CAD drawings as required.
Work closely with internal engineering teams to support product development and resolve technical issues.
