Job summary

A leading recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee construction contracts. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years in contract management, expert knowledge of PSSCOC, and be adept in negotiation and claim handling. This role offers a competitive salary range of S$8,000 - 9,500 and is based in Ang Mo Kio.

• Expert knowledge of PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contracts, and SOP Act.

Responsibilities

• Draft, Review, and Negotiate contract terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage all Contractual claims, including EOT, variations, and loss & expense.
• Provide Contractual advice and ensure company compliance with obligations.
• Identify Contractual risks and develop Mitigation Strategies.
• Resolve Disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage all Contract Documentation and Dispute letters.
