Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Good understanding of Policy Compliance and procurement.
• Specialization in agreements and contractual matters will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies and resolve contractual issues.
• Communicate with A*STAR stakeholders to establish contracts.
• Engage external vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
• Compile and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRI).
• Assist in the preparation of Risk Reports.
• Maintain staff awareness via training and communications.
