Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts for interior design and fit-out projects in Singapore. You will prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender documents, and support budgeting and cost control across multiple projects.

The role requires experience in contract management, familiarity with local regulations, and strong Excel skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or related discipline.
• Experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or construction-related roles.
• Experience in Interior Design, Renovation, or Interior Fit-Out projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, progress claims, and variation orders.
• Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Able to work independently and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and administer contracts for interior design, renovation, and fit-out projects.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents, cost estimates, and related contractual documentation.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, and project budgeting.
• Prepare, monitor, and process progress claims, VO, and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor quotations, invoices, payments, and contractual submissions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Monitor project costs, contractual obligations, and payment schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in negotiating contract terms and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, variations, and project documentation.
• Identify potential contractual issues and assist in resolving disputes or discrepancies.
• Support Project Managers in contract administration, cost control, and project coordination.
• Ensure timely submission of contractual documents, payment claims, and project reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
