Qualifications

• Experience in UX design and digital product development.
• Portfolio of shipped digital projects.
• Knowledge of browsers, rendering and front-end concepts is a plus.
• Ability to propose desirable, viable, feasible design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct user research to understand users' goals, behavior and needs.
• Develop models of users based on research findings.
• Define context scenarios and tell stories about ideal user experiences the team wants to achieve.
• Describe product capabilities and requirements that support users' goals and tasks.
• Design the overall structure and behaviour of the system, information flows and workflows.
• Test and refine the product through evaluative research to meet users' goals.
• Develop empathy for people.
