SALT Talent is seeking a UX Designer in Singapore for a 6 to 7 month contract with renewal options. You will own end-to-end UX design from identifying user needs to prototyping and testing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions for a social media client in Singapore. The role emphasizes prototyping, usability testing, and iteration based on insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–8 years of experience with strong Figma and visual design skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups like marketing or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create design concepts (mock-ups, prototypes) to inform product ideation and research.
• Drive a holistic design process and design system across teams.
• Develop innovative design solutions addressing user, product, and business needs.
• Adapt to evolving constraints and justify design decisions.
• Apply UX design frameworks for user experiences.
• Use standard tools to visualize ideas and develop prototypes.
• Tailor deliverables to product requirements and follow style guides.
• Iteratively improve designs based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
