Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Contract Supply Assurance Buyer to secure timely materials for production in a manufacturing setting at our Kaki Bukit site in Singapore. This 1-year contract role focuses on procurement, supplier coordination and inventory control.

You will monitor forecasts, manage SAP purchasing records, resolve delivery issues and work with suppliers to ensure continuous supply. Candidates with 1–3 years in purchasing or procurement and SAP experience are preferred;

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement or supply planning experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material requirements, forecasts and supplier deliveries.
• Follow up on delayed deliveries and resolve shortages.
• Manage supplier issues including quality notifications, returns and invoice discrepancies.

We are hiring a Contract Supply Assurance Buyer to ensure timely supply of materials for production within a manufacturing environment.

Salary: $3,500–$5,000/month
Contract: 1 year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Office Hours
Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor material requirements, forecasts and supplier deliveries.
• Follow up on delayed deliveries and resolve material shortages.
• Manage supplier issues including quality notifications, returns and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels and support continuous supply availability.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant purchasing, procurement or supply planning experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• SAP ERP experience required.
• Candidates with electronics, mechanical, biotech or microelectronics manufacturing experience are welcomed to apply.
