Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Marketing Campaign Executive to plan and execute marketing strategies. You will manage customer communications, track KPIs, and handle invoicing within budget constraints.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in banking, finance, or marketing, with relevant work experience in campaign management and process mapping. Working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with a salary up to $3,500 depending on experience.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive overall business objectives. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders on campaign mechanics, with creative and media agencies on artwork and media plan, with Marketing team on overall management of marketing calendar of activities and with the Analytics team on leads extraction.
• Manage monthly BAU customer communications by curating relevant deals to drive usage and engagement.
• Handle end-to-end fulfillment of marketing campaigns.
• Track and report the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle and resolve customer issues & enquiries from customer touchpoints, such as Contact Centre and Branches.
• Process invoices promptly and ensures that marketing expenditures are well within budget.
• Handle all administrative support and other related duties, such as filing, minutes taking, organizing meetings, etc.
• Other ad‑hoe duties as assigned by supervisor.

Period

• 1 year contract (renewable)

• 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualifications in banking, finance, marketing or related fields and have relevant work experience in process mapping, campaign management/operations, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience supporting campaign setup, execution, and fulfilment.
• Familiarity with system migration projects, including writing user stories and conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
